This conveniently packaged kit contains an Erbium:YAG (EY) Main Filter and 4 EY Pre-Filters. Using EY Pre-Filters helps to protect the efficacy of the EY Main Filter (ensuring that it lasts for 12 hours of smoke evacuation time). The pre-filter has a 1-3/8" male port at each end—one to attach to the 1-3/8" opening on the Main EY Filter and another to attach to a 1-3/8”. Pre-filters should be changed every 2-3 procedures depending on usage.
